Once a stipend is scheduled, it takes 2 weeks for the check to come in.

We will notify you via cell # when your check comes in....

NO CHECKS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED BEFORE THEN.

Must present ID when picking up your check.

*** You must review your account in Student Portal and print out a summary before requesting a stipend check. ***

If you know you have a CREDIT BALANCE after looking in your STUDENT PORTAL, and would like a STIPEND CHECK issued to you.... YOU MUST MEET WITH THE BURSAR and sign paperwork!

You CANNOT leave a message on a voicemail...or a note with the Receptionist...requesting a STIPEND CHECK.

YOU MUST MEET WITH THE BURSAR and sign paperwork before a check will be issued.

When your check is available for pick up, you will be notified via phone call/text message. Make sure the Bursar has your correct phone # to contact you!
